But if you have the passion you will be able to Deal with all types of issues and problems of the patients.


Patience:


The most important element a CNA trainer.ust learn during the process of CNA training is that they have to deal with patients with great patience. Bathing, dressing , and giving them meals are easy tasks but sometimes the patients are uncooperative and produce more complaints and show more complex behavior to you. So the trainer must deal with patients with lots of patience.


Knowledge:


Proper information and all knowledge about the medication must be known by the CNA trainers otherwise it will create a great chaos and fuss in the hospitals. From taking vitals of the patients and conducting a proper test of the patients a nurse must know each and every bit of the patient.


Good way of communication:


The CNA trainers must have good communication skills which must be taught during the CNA training. If they are communicable, half of the patient's problem has been resolved as most of the patients feel better by sharing their thoughts and ideas about different topics. It will lose a large amount of discomfort from them.
